Field Description and Tips for Completion
Drag and drop files You can drag and drop files from your computer or click the “Upload Files” button. Any file formats are supported: .pdf, .csv, .xlsx, .zip, .jpg, .mp4, .docx, .txt, and others. Multiple files can be uploaded and linked to a single record.
Basic Information Block
Resource type Choose from the dropdown list: Dataset, Publication, Presentation, Software, Image, Lesson, Other. The resource can be a video, audio file, image, lecture notes, model diagram, presentation, etc.
Title The title of your resource: article, thesis, dataset, image, presentation, etc. Choose the type that best matches your content: Publication Article, Publication ConferenceProceeding, Publication Dissertation, Publication Report, Publication Patent, Publication Preprint, etc. The title should be informative and clear. If you upload a previously published article, please provide the full bibliographic reference (including DOI). Ensure that by uploading, you are not violating the licensing terms of the original content!
Publication date The date when the data/publication will become available online. You can set a future date (e.g., embargo period).
Creators You can add a creator as a Person or an Organization. For a Person, enter: Family name, Given names, ORCID ID (if available, preferably copy from Scopus), Affiliations, and select the appropriate Role (Contact person, Data collector, Data curator, Data manager, Distributor, Editor, Researcher, etc.). For multiple creators, click Save and Add another; for a single creator, click Save. Authors will be listed in the order of entry.
Description A detailed description of the content, such as an abstract or summary. It is possible to add a description both in English and in Ukrainian.
License Select the appropriate license. It is recommended to choose a standard one (click Add Standard).
  • CC BY 4.0 – for publications, conference materials, posters, presentations

  • CC0 1.0 – for open datasets without restrictions

  • ODC-BY / ODC-PDDL – for structured databases

Recommended Information Block

Contributors Similar format as for Authors. Contributors can include people who assisted in the work but are not authors.
Keywords Enter up to 10 keywords or phrases separated by commas. You can also select keywords by Field of Science (FOS) classification. Start typing to choose from the suggested list.
Resource language Select the language of the content: typically English, but Ukrainian or another language may also be used.
Date Optional special dates related to the content (e.g., date submitted, accepted, published, data collection date). Multiple dates can be entered with type and description.
Version Any subsequent modification of the content by the owner must involve updating its version (simple sequential numbering — 1, 2, 3, etc.).

Funding Block

Awards/Grants If the content was created under a funded project, provide information about the funding organization, grant number, program name, and URL. Click Add custom to manually enter the information if not available in the list.

Alternate Identifiers Block

Alternate identifiers If your content already has a digital identifier (e.g., DOI, ArXiv ID), specify it here along with the appropriate scheme. If not, leave this field empty.

Related Works Block

Related works You can list related works (your own or others) that are associated with the uploaded content. This is not the reference list for citations but related works, such as articles citing this content. Add as many related works as necessary.

References Block

Field Description and Tips for Completion
References Provide references cited within the work you are uploading. If uploading an article or thesis, include the references in a format consistent with the original work, and add DOI links where possible. Each reference is entered separately by clicking Add reference after each entry.
